As communities develop and grow, they struggle with a variety of complex priorities such as safety and security, efficient delivery of government services, education, and healthcare. FLAIR believes that technology can provide access to resources that help spur social and environmental sustainability, and enhance the quality of life for its constituents.

Our forays in programme implementation in the social development sector are focused on interventions that have an interface with technology.

As part of this initiative we do the following activities –

KNOWEDGE AND SKILL BUILDING TRAINING

We regularly organise training workshops on application of Digital Technologies and Solar Technologies for Sustainable Development. We organise this for the Industry, Farmers, NGOs and Panchayat Representatives. We also develop Innovative Solutions for this sector. AGRICULTURE, RENEWABLE ENERGY AND ENVIRONMENT

We are implementing a project on Agri-Nutri-Renewable Energy Connect in Gaya District of Bihar. We are developing a model of sustainable use of renewable energy in agriculture and promoting cultivation of nutrition rich crops and vegetables/fruits that will increase the farmers' income and also improve the nutritional status of the population.
